Great location, spacious room
Good and safe location in the city centre with a convenient store nearby for your daily needs. It is surrounded by a number of eateries, and is a walking distance away to the Night Market and Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can walk to other tourist attractions nearby. It is easy to find Grab (private hire / taxi transport) from the location. Spacious room to unpack your luggages and be comfortable for a good night's rest.
The pillows were a little flat, would be better if more pillows were provided. As there is a flight of staircase up to your room, do remember to pack light or walk up the staircase carefully.

Great choice!
Clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to the night market, and other popular attractions. This unit is hidden behind the busy street, and is quiet at night for a good night's sleep.

Simple but comfortable room.
Simple but comfortable room.
There was no one waiting for me. The password given to open the gate didn't work. I called the reception number and nobody picked up. I had to knock for 15 minutes before another customer open the window and tell me the new password. The day after I receive a WhatsApp message asking if everything was ok. Not cool. The bathroom is shared and the shower is in the middle of the toilet.

Confortable
Clean room with really nice bed. The owner of the place is also really friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a nice place to rest after a day in Hanoi, this is the place!
At least in my room the Internet connection was not so good in terms of signal.
